The house is located on the 2nd floor, with 20 years of history and recently renovated. It is an 80-square-meter retreat that combines traditional Cycladic architecture with modern amenities.

Two comfortable bedrooms. The first has a double bed and direct access to the balcony. The second has two single beds (which can be joined to form a double) and windows with a view.
•Kitchen & Living Area: Fully equipped built-in kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

•Technology & Comfort: 3 air conditioners for hot days, a Smart TV in the living room and a TV in one bedroom, free Wi-Fi.

•Bathroom: Spacious bathroom with a bathtub and branded toiletries (Olea line: shower gel, soap, shampoo). High-quality towels are provided.
•Self-sufficiency: The house features a solar water heater and a private cistern for an uninterrupted water supply. A washing machine, iron, and drying rack are also available.
Outdoor Areas: The house is surrounded by a large balcony and a courtyard with private access, offering panoramic views of the small harbor of Seralia. It’s the perfect spot to sit with a glass of wine and never want to go anywhere else. Wake up to the first light of the sun painting the sea gold, enjoy your coffee under the soft morning light, and let your nights be illuminated by the full moon, reflected right before your eyes.
